MICROTUBE DEFROSTER

Description

 

The Microtube defroster is a product in the VITL product range designed to accelerate the gentle defrosting a microtubes in a 8 x 12 array.

It has been shown that forcing room temperature air over frozen microtubes increases the rate which their contents are thawed. No direct heating so that the risk of damage to the tube’s contents by raised temperatures is minimised

The unit is designed for use in North America and Europe and is CE marked.

Operation

The instrument is switched on and is immediately ready for use. Simply place a tube rack onto the unit and leave to thaw.
