Description

The VTS is the next generation of manual heat sealer in the VITL product range and has been ergonomically designed for comfortable use by all operators in low to medium throughput applications.

Its novel lever action combined with variable temperature and an onboard timer make this sealer ideal for a wide range of plates and tubes supported by easy to change carriers. The fixed position-heating element and timer can be set to optimise the sealing conditions for a wide range of tubes / plates and seals.

The unit is designed for use in North America and Europe and is CE marked.

Operation

The instrument is switched on and the desired sealing time and temperature set on the display.

After the unit reaches the set temperature a plate is placed onto the removable platen and the appropriate foil placed on the plate. The handle is pulled down and pressure maintained until the count down timer is activated. When the time reaches zero the handle is released and the sealed plate removed.
