ITL operates an After Sales Service and Repair system that includes full recording of repairs, refurbishments, upgrades and servicing. Live on-line documentation enables the client to have full visibility of activities within the system and effective spare parts pricing can be achieved by ordering these with the volume manufacturing order. ITL’s category II Biohazard handling facility caters for ASSR units from potentially biohazardous environments.
