The 2000 square metre UK facility is ISO9001: 2000, BSEN13485: 2003 and FDA GMP CFR21 part 820 audited and accredited throughout. ITL operates a cellular manufacture system with full component procurement incorporating Kanban and faxban inventory management. The facility offers assembly, automated surface mount and conventional through-hole PCB production with automated test and inspection as well as climate controlled and laser safety production areas. We specialise in FDA compliant manufacturing with high quality, traceability and precision.
