Investment due diligence

Members of the Engineering and Marketing team completed an audit of a small but established company specialising in the ophthalmic measurement market. This was undertaken on behalf of established and highly regarded fund managers who were interested in investing in a second generation product. ITL produced an informed overview of the functional concept and provided input to the development pathway with gap analysis for the route to manufacture. The investors subsequently chose to further invest in the company.
