Design and Development

The newly-refurbished Design and Development department has individual work spaces for engineering personnel. Included in these are five ProE CAD modelling stations and electrostatic handling benches. The department includes a prototyping area, two prototype manufacturing cells and a wet laboratory area dedicated to non-hazardous instrument testing. There is also a separate optics dark room and a thermal testing chamber.
