An integral part of ITL’s philosophy is the blend and experience of people required to produce a quality instrument. ITL firmly believes that a company is only as capable as the people that comprise the Team and to this end we include a wide range of skills within the structure.

The Design and Development department has personnel drawn from electrical, firmware, mechanical and systems engineering and experienced Project Managers to implement the New Product Development Lifecycle in the most cost effective manner.

The Manufacturing department has skilled operators and manufacturing cell Team Leaders and Supervisors with considerable experience to implement our cellular manufacturing methods. Production Engineers provide a link between development and manufacture. They are responsible for transferring ITL or external designs into manufacture and for value engineering.

The support structure around these two major functions include a dedicated Quality Assurance team, Purchasing department, IT personnel, Accounts department and the Sales and Marketing Team.

ITL currently has an apprenticeship scheme to actively invest in our future.
