Final Quality Assurance

Before any product is released to you from ITL it will undergo Customer Acceptance testing by qualified engineering personnel, who will act as your representative.

Details of acceptance testing will be set out in the specific product documentation and agreed with you in advance.

Release is authorised by the Director of Quality or an authorised signatory. Final inspections and testing results are fully documented.
